The Art of Making Pasta: Colors and Shapes

In the class, you will experience a simple, hands-on approach to making pasta with the most basic tools: your hands, a rolling pin, a knife, and a bench scraper.  We want fresh pasta to be easy enough to make on a weeknight for your family.  You will learn how to make pasta dough, shape it three ways, and color it with natural ingredients!  The chefs, Anne-Marie and Matt, have a combined experience and enthusiasm that will keep you engaged, and take away real world applications for this intimidating subject.
