About the event
Join chefs Anne-Marie and Matt Wilkerson on an international tour of the Mediterranean! Mezze is the topic featured in this class, which focuses on a collection of small “appetizers” from around the region of Greece, Italy, Northern Africa, and the Middle East. As usual, the chefs will present a variety of classic and original recipes, with a common sense approach that any home chef can master. The format of this class will be “Chef’s Table,” during which the chefs will prepare, demonstrate, and discuss a variety of sweet and savory bites for guests to enjoy.
